Swati wrote, ‘Lakhs of people are living a life of hell every day since last one year. There are jams of several hours every day, accidents are happening, factories are being locked, work and business are being stopped. Whether it rains or not, there is always water here and don’t even ask about potholes. Don’t do this cruelty to the public.
